Going Green provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs),
which rate the energy performance of your property and provide
recommendations for improving the energy performance and
environmental impact of your property. These form part of the
Home Information Packs (HIPs), which we can also provide.

Renting your home to a new tenant after October 2008
An Energy Performance Certificate
provides an easy and accessible A-G rating (similar to the energy efficiency rating on fridges) for your home
gives you an indication of the running costs for your home
helps you save money on fuel bills
helps you reduce the environmental impact of your home
gives a picture of your home's energy efficiency and identifies steps to improve it

will be compulsory from October 2008 for landlords with a change in tenancy
Our homes currently account for about 27% of the UK's
carbon emissions. Energy Performance Certificates offer
individual home owners, user-friendly information needed to
reduce the environmental impact of our homes and our energy
bills.
Energy Performance Certificates cost from £90. HIPs cost from £285. Contact us on 0845 8699297 or email to order your EPC / HIP.
